These policies are established in order to maintain fair and accurate use of this site for the advertisement of vacation rental properties. Please note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated at any time.

This site is to be used as an advertising tool and Shore Rentals LLC hold no responsibility for any rental transaction or conversation between the owner and the renter, including but not limited to, quality, safety, legality, descriptive accuracy, or monetary exchange. Owners are expected to list their property accurately and honestly. Owners are expected to interact with their potential renters with respect and courtesy.

Refunds

We are not able to refund or prorate your subscription fees. For example if you sell your home, decide to no longer rent your home etc. no refund will be offered.

If you sell your home, we offer to transfer your listing/subscription to the new owner, or remove your listing for you. Please contact us with any questions.

If you sell your property and no longer wish for the listing to remain online, you are able to ‘deactivate’ the property via your owner portal; however, no refund will be owed.

No refunds will be offered for time that the site may be down for maintenance or if an error occurs.

No refund will be issued for cancelled listings.

Advertising Policies

Owners must use this site in a responsible manner, and are solely responsible for any content you transmit. You must not transmit any message in connection with any Message Feature that: (i) imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website’s infrastructure, or otherwise adversely affects, restricts or inhibits any other user from using and enjoying the Website; (ii) is threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, profane, sexually explicit or indecent; (iii) constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law; (iv) violates, plagiarizes or infringes the rights of other parties including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right; (v) contains advertising, promotions or commercial solicitations of any kind; (vi) constitutes or contains false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact; (vii) displays links to competitor sites

Shore Rentals LLC reserves the right to deactivate any rental listing at its discretion and cancel service without notification. Any listing which does not adhere to these policies is subject to termination at the sole discretion of Shore Rentals LLC.

Shore Rentals LLC reserves the right to alter, exclude, reject part or in whole, any information in the property listing supplied by owners.

Technology Inefficiencies

Shore Rentals LLC is providing a reliable and efficient website, however technology is not perfect, we cannot be held responsible when technology has failed. We will do our best to fix the issues as soon as possible.

Shore Rentals LLC cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries due to technology not being 100% reliable.

No refunds will be offered for technology inefficiencies.

Termination

Shore Rentals LLC may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time, including the availability of any Website feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Website without notice or liability at any time. In Shore Rentals LLC’s exclusive discretion, without prejudice to any legal or equitable remedies available to Shore Rentals LLC, for any reason or purpose, including, but not limited to, conduct that Shore Rentals LLC believes violates these Terms of Use or other policies or guidelines posted on the Website or conduct which Shore Rentals LLC believes is harmful to other customers, to the Shore Rentals LLC’s business, or to other information providers. In addition, this Agreement may be immediately terminated at any time by Shore Rentals LLC in its sole discretion. In addition and without prejudice to any other remedy available to Shore Rentals LLC, may immediately terminate this Agreement if you breach any term of this Agreement or other operating term set forth by Shore Rentals LLC.

Site Modifications

Shore Rentals LLC and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. Shore Rentals LLC may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.

Indemnification

Owner and Renter hereby agree to indemnify and hold Shore Rentals LLC harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to: (A) your use of the Website, the Services, purchased via the Website; or (B) any alleged breach of this agreement by you

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By using the Website, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Agreement. Shore Rentals LLC may change the terms of this Agreement at any time, and your use of the Website after such changes are posted will mean that you accept them.

Disclaimer

Shore Rentals LLC is not responsible for any rental transaction. Our services simply provide a straight forward, technological connection between owner and renter. It is up to the renter to fully research the property they are renting, and the owner to honestly represent their property on our site.
