Location, location, location! This brand new construction, never before rented unit is a short 600 feet from Wildwoods world famous boardwalk and free beach, with a prime location between both piers. Park your car in one of the two parking spots in the garage or in the one allocated spot in the driveway. From the unit, you can walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment! Everything you need is close by.

This sunlight filled first floor unit boasts 3 bedrooms and two full baths, an open concept modern kitchen and living/eating area, as well as a full washer and dryer. The coastal finishing’s of this new unit, which are currently on order, will make you feel like you are staying in a hotel. Photos will be updated as furniture and decor is delivered. The unit also features a full outdoor shower and beautiful EP Henry patio with seating to relax on after a day at the beach or in the evening. A gas grill will be available outside on the patio for your grilling needs.

Being new construction, all appliances, furnishings and décor will be new. The kitchen, featuring granite countertops and beautiful backsplash, has plenty of storage, soft close cabinets, and is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including; a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, plenty of pots, pans, dish-ware, glasses, utensils and serve-wear. There will be seating for six at the table, as well as stools at the kitchen island. The full sized washer and dryer in the unit is convenient for keeping up with wet suits and towels.

There are three comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom will feature a king sized bed, brand new luxury mattress, an attached master bathroom that features a walk in shower and gorgeous tiling. There is plenty of space to unpack with the master’s useful closet organization system. An iron and ironing board and hangers are provided.

The second and third bedrooms will both have queen sized beds, both with new luxury mattresses. These rooms also feature closet organization systems for all of your storage needs. All three bedrooms and the living room have TV’s and ceiling fans for comfort. The second full bathroom features a tub/shower, ideal for smaller children.

The unit features central air and heat, smart TVs to stream your favorite streaming service and wireless internet. Professional and thorough cleaning will be completed in between rentals.

In the garage, you can store your bikes and beach equipment, and there are beach chairs and a beach caddy that you are welcome to use during your stay. And, directly outside of the garage is a hose for rinsing off sandy feet and beach equipment.

In season rentals from May 15 through October 2nd are for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). Off season rentals require a two night minimum stay. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old and renter must stay on sight for the duration of the rental contract. The unit will not be rented out for proms and/or senior week. Maximum number of guests is 6. The unit is non-smoking, and renters must supply their own sheets and towels.  Pets are not permitted.

The following sheets are needed: 1 set of king, 2 sets of queen.

Trash and recycling must be put out twice a week according to the posted schedule.
