These are some of our house rules that are very important to us. These rules help maintain our property and they are for everyone's safety. *Always use Microwave vent when cooking or baking, DO NOT leave stove unattended when cooking. *POOL-Wrist bands will be located on the wall by the door. These must be worn to enter the pool area. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. All guests must abide by posted rules related to the pool. The cost for replacing any missing wrist bands will be taken out of the security deposit. *Please respect other guest's privacy when on the decks and balconies. Keep noise to a minimum. *No events or parties. Any parties or events will result in forfeiture of security deposit and may lead to additional charges. *No 3rd party bookings. If the person who booked the reservation is not with the people checking in, the reservation will be cancelled, and all people will be evicted with no refund. *No smoking inside or outside of property. A $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged for additional cleaning expenses. *Maximum of 6 guests. *No pets allowed. A $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged for additional cleaning. *Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. Enjoy your meals in the dinning area.*Please respect check in and check out times. For unauthorized late check outs, you will be responsible for $50.00 for each hour post check out. *Please take care of furnishing and report any damage as soon as possible. *No illegal substances or activity permitted on premises. *Place all trash and recycling in appropriate receptacles. All trash must be placed in the dumpster located next to the building by the end of your stay. *Only flush toilet paper and human waste down toilets. Place wet wipes, female care products and anything else in the trashcans.*1 free assigned parking spot is located two doors down from the condo. Paid parking is available on the street.*Do not tamper with smoke alarms or sprinklers. *No candles or open flames.
